It’s been the longest period of red boards on the Thames that I can remember.

The river went into flood at the end of September 2020, and at the time of writing, in Feb 2021, apart from a brief respite mid-November, it’s been in flood ever since. Five months now, with no sign of it improving any time soon.

Not that we can get out anyway, due to COVID, just an observation.

For the last few years, I’ve enjoyed some very nice bright winter days cruising in January, Ebberspacher on, and the warm smell of something nice cooking in the oven. Missing it.
